We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Email us at sleepwellgear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items such as eye masks and earbuds cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
